Everybody Counts is a bold and comprehensive initiative from Team Kentucky that provides a clear pathway to success for qualifying seniors graduating from participating Kentucky school districts. With Everybody Counts, everybody wins!
Everybody Counts Career Coaches help guide seniors, and recent high school graduates, along their chosen path to the future. Coaches assist with application processes for employment and college, connecting to local and state resources, and provide personalized support as students beyond high school.
Students are encouraged to choose three pathways BEFORE they graduate:
- Employment with companies from Kentucky's leading industries
- Education or training from a Kentucky post-secondary institution or Registered Apprenticeship program
- Employment and post-secondary education/training
