Frequently Asked Questions

Everybody Counts helps school districts build infrastructure around student career and college readiness. Everybody Counts focuses on helping every senior create and carry out a plan of action after high school graduation. Everybody Counts works in collaboration and cooperation with the school districts to enhance KY industry and career exposure, improve college exposure and access, and promote individual support through Career Coaches throughout the school year.

School districts can request partnership with Everybody Counts. New district partnership requests are reviewed bi-annually. School Districts selected for partnership will receive a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines the scope of services and responsibilities of each partner.

Everybody Counts reviews each school district's request for partnership to determine the level and scope of services. School Districts with existing College/Career Readiness Coaches, who wish to partner with Everybody Counts, should highlight support needs that still exist and how Everybody Counts may be able to assist with support.

We recommend investing 3-6 months for the process beginning in the spring prior to the desired school year implementation of Everybody Counts Career Coaches.
