Everybody Count Coaches provide personalized services related to career and college exploration, including employment and college application support, FAFSA and scholarship application support, resume building, and cover letter writing. Coaches may also provide interview and hiring process support. EC Coaches instill elements of financial literacy, time management, well-being, and on-going skill development into their services during the school year, and for one year post high school graduation.
Students may begin one-on-one coaching with Everybody Counts Coaches once they reach senior status with their high school. Students who are not seniors, may still engage and participate with Everybody Counts events and in-school activities.
